Okay, so the hat is not a daily requirement. I DO however, get to take field trips like the awesome one I went on today.
I got to see firsthand both the smallest and largest scale of the grain business, just one of several branches of our company that I write about and design materials for every day. I got the cook's tour and walked through the whole process from the moment a farmer pulls in with a truckload of grain, to how it's graded, measured, moved and stored. I had NO idea that the food that goes from the dirt to our dinner plates requires such intense logistics!
