I completely geek out when it comes to hosting parties (stay tuned for pics from the one we’re hosting tonight!). I love the fun supplies, getting crafty and making little details like cupcake toppers, and designing invites and signs to set up around the event. I’m always on the lookout for an excuse to host a get-together, whether it’s inviting the neighbors over for a stuff-your-own-burger buffet or hosting a big group of people for an all-out themed soiree.

So when I saw this awesome coffee cart/eating area re-vamp by Cleverly Inspired, my wheels started turning.
First of all – I love this unconventional idea of omitting the classic kitchen table in exchange for soft seating and a coffee bar. Totally awesome, although it doesn’t work for our home and lifestyle. But that coffee bar…ooh lah lah…

…or even for a Tuesday night after-work book club get-together. A coffee bar could be great to set up with dessert after a dinner party, or for you brides planning your wedding, what a fun thing to bring out mid-reception for a dose of caffeine to keep dancing!

My brain is already twirling thinking of different flavors of coffee, creamers, pretty glass mugs and festive stir sticks. One way or another, I will find a way to host a party soon with a coffee bar!
